The goal of all my courses is to bridge different biological perspectives to help students link the content of thier science courses to living in the modern world. Students should be able to think creatively about modern, everyday challenges as they develop their own knowledge. Students will understand scientific explanations in these courses, but also extend these explanations to other areas of the biology and non-biological curriculum.
Courses taught include:
Neurobiology 1 (Intro. level)
Neurobiology 2 (Intro. level)
Neurobiology (Advanced level)
Intro. Cell and Genetics (bio 113)
